ABOUT THE WORK
All jewellery is handmade. Each piece is unique, and small variations are an inherent part of the method, a result of working by hand. I affectionately call these subtle differences “birthmarks”.
Images on this website serve as a guide. Because I work with organic processes, exact replication is not possible, and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
ORDERING & AVAILABILITY
Purchases are arranged directly via email. Availability is confirmed individually, as many designs are one-off or vary slightly from those shown in the gallery.
Custom commissions generally take between four and six weeks, depending on complexity. If you have a specific deadline, it is best to get in touch early. I enjoy working to a brief; you are welcome to share sketches or colour palettes to guide the design. We will refine the vision together to ensure the outcome feels both personal to you and true to the BoldRay aesthetic.
PRICING - GUIDE TO SCALE & INVESTMENT
Prices vary according to scale, material complexity, and the time required to create each piece. These figures are intended as a general guide, not a measure of importance — every work carries the same creative intention. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and represent a starting point. Final pricing is confirmed upon enquiry.

PAYMENT
Payment is arranged after confirmation. For all orders, full payment or a 50% deposit is required before work begins.
Payment methods are arranged individually to suit your preference.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local taxes or duties, which remain the responsibility of the buyer.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING
Each piece is carefully packed in a simple organza bag or box and includes a short note describing the process behind the creation, offering insight into its handmade origin. I prioritise the use of recycled packaging materials wherever possible to reduce environmental impact.
Within Australia: Free shipping for orders over $200. A flat rate of $15 applies to smaller orders.
International: Shipping is available worldwide and quoted individually based on location.
Timing: Dispatch occurs once full payment is received. Standard delivery usually takes up to 7 business days within Australia and up to 21 days internationally. Express or alternative shipping methods are available on request.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Exchanges: Available within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original, unworn condition.
- Change of Mind: As these are artisanal goods, I do not offer refunds for change of mind.
- Faults: If a piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photographs so I can assess the issue.
- Custom Work: Bespoke pieces are created specifically for you and are not available for return or exchange.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
CARE & REPAIR
Handle your jewellery with care and avoid impact on hard surfaces. Resin and polymer clay are resilient, but metal fixtures benefit from a lighter touch; avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture and perfumes will extend their life.
A small amount of baby oil or hand cream can be used to restore the lustre of the surfaces. Sterling silver may tarnish over time but can be easily polished; stainless steel requires minimal maintenance.
I stand behind my craftsmanship. If a manufacturing fault arises, I will repair or rectify it. Please contact me before sending a piece for repair. This does not include normal wear and tear.
PRIVACY
Your personal information is used solely for communication and order processing. It is never shared with third parties.
