PRICES

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
Payments are made through PayPal or by other agreed method.
International customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties that may apply.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item at any time.

PACKAGING
I prepare jewellery either in a reusable organza bag or a cardboard box. I include a brief explanation about my work with my card. To complete my package I reuse some clean used envelopes and bubble wrap. I hope you will appreciate my commitment to reduce my personal environmental impact.

PRODUCT DETAILS
BRD offers handmade jewellery. Every item has small imperfections that I call “birth marks”, and they are the testament to their origin. They are not obvious and they do not affect the final quality of the product. The pictures and description are an illustration and guide only. Often it is impossible to achieve the exact same outcome. Shapes, colours and dimensions are just approximate. In addition, computer monitors may represent the shades of colours differently. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
It is my wish that BRD jewellery is treated like a treasure. Resin and polyclay components are durable. However, they should be handled with some care, as sometimes they may crack or break if dropped on a hard surface. Occasionally adding a few drops of baby oil to your resin or polyclay will restore its lustre. All additional components are of a good quality and from reputable manufacturers. Sterling silver should be polished as it naturally tarnishes over time. Stainless steel is maintenance free. Every effort has been made to ensure that the final product is perfect. If, however, something goes wrong due to manufacturing of the item, Jasna is always available to try to mend anything within her power. May the Bold Ray Designs jewellery always be with you.

SHIPPING – RETURN

SHIPPING
Shipping is free of charge for all orders over $100 within Australia. Below $100, shipping has a flat fee of $10.
International shipping is determined with your purchase, and is dependent on the destination country, shipping method and the size of the package.
Any additional fees related to international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
If your package doesn’t arrive within 7 working days (for Australian orders) and 21 working days (for International orders), please contact me to try to rectify the situation.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
My hope is that you will love your choice and your purchase. However, sometimes I understand that the item may not be right for you. In that case I will happily exchange the item within 7 days of receipt of your jewellery. Please ensure that the item is returned in the original condition. For changes of mind I will ask you to pay all additional shipping costs.
If, however, your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact me within 7 days of receipt of your jewellery, with a description and photographic evidence. In that case I will offer either a refund or exchange with no additional shipping cost for you.

Any collected personal information, such as names, emails and shipping addresses, will be handled with strict confidence, stored securely and not shared with any third party. The mailing List will be used only to send you occasional news and announcements.
